Gossiping, Lack of Confidentiality

I've been attending a few years. I am amazed that I experienced this on more than one occasion and with more than one person who works at Mariners. I thought I was having a private confidential conversation with them only to find out what I shared had been shared with other people at the church. This is so inappropriate and put stress into relationships that did not need to be there. I thought you were supposed to be able to trust a pastor or church leader to have privacy and discretion. Be careful what you share this is not the norm here
